Evidence-change impact review

When a trial is updated, a guideline shifts, or a paper is retracted, someone still has to answer: which order sets, protocols, and local standards are affected? That search is live today: a deterministic where-used lookup that finds every place this item is used. AI does not invent the capability; it expands it. The growth in evidence submissions now needs more than a list of occurrences: monitor changes, assess impact, help prioritize which updates to make, and match incoming evidence to the standards you already maintain. Those AI-assisted steps are specified on Evidentia and in development with the same gate-and-record discipline. Status: live, deterministic impact search; in development, AI-assisted monitoring, assessment, prioritization, and incoming-evidence matching.

The six-step lifecycle we have run for years is unchanged: something changes; determine impact; expert review; deployment; verification; traceability. The new work is helping the “determine impact” step keep up with the volume of evidence, without skipping the human who owns the standard.
