AI decisions you can prove.

Organizations are already letting AI into consequential work: research, filings, clinical evidence, operational standards. Speed is not the measure that matters. The useful questions are: who is accountable when a recommendation influences a decision? Are the limits understood? Does the system strengthen professional judgment, or quietly replace it?

Trust is the foundation of durable adoption, not a barrier to it. The most useful system knows when to assist, when to raise uncertainty, and when to leave the final decision with a qualified professional. That is what named-person gates are for, and why the record is kept as the work happens, sealed, and replayable.

Controlled demonstration of the mechanism

On a clinical document we authored with planted defects, checked against the actual cited sources (real published trials), it caught a non-significant result presented as significant, and a citation to a source that does not exist, with a sealed receipt proving the check happened.

Heritage

Twenty-one years making clinical evidence operational.

Plexina Inc. is a Calgary, Alberta company. For twenty-one years we have governed clinical order sets and related operational standards: the documented, approved definitions that tell people how to do mission-critical work correctly, and that must change, safely and traceably, as evidence evolves. That work is backed by two issued U.S. patents on our order-set platform (US 8,346,698, 2013; US 8,666,785, 2014), both active through 2031.

Every engagement has been delivered. We do not publish client names without written permission. The new part is not that discipline. It is applying it to AI work that now moves faster than anyone can prove it.

The platform

Evidentia: the evidence platform for decisions that must be defensible

Evidentia is Plexina's platform for governed AI work. Every consequential step waits for a named person's decision. The record is kept as the work happens. The finished work is sealed and replayable end-to-end. We prove the trail, not model infallibility.

Research

Systematic, citable research modeled on PRISMA methodology, at machine speed.

Workflow

Decomposition and analysis of complex professional workflows.

Solutioning

From evidence to recommended action and impact assessment.

Governed execution

Quality gates and audit-complete traces on every run.

Our governance discipline is proven. Our AI evidence search is new, currently in active development with clinical researchers. We say which is which.

Proof, stated plainly

What we can show today, without adjectives.

Mechanism

A sealed check on planted defects

The controlled demonstration above proves the trail end to end. It is not a catch on a live published paper, and we do not publish accuracy benchmarks.

Build speed

A five-workflow methodology layer in one session

Twenty-six phases and fourteen prompts for a retail vertical, authored in under three hours because the platform underneath already existed. We did not start from zero.

How we partner

A published deal shape

Pilot fee, scaling license, and an IP carve-out that keeps the platform ours. We discuss terms in conversation; there is no public price list.

Examples

The platform and the services, shown as work.

Some of these are live capabilities. Some are engagements or designs in progress. We label them that way on purpose.

How we work

AI does not need to move slowly. It needs to move intelligently.

Responsible use, for us, is structural: continuous human oversight at named gates, a transparent record, and a willingness to pause when the evidence is insufficient. Continuous monitoring and data-protection rules sit inside the engagement, not as a slogan on the homepage.
